As the book of Revelation describes for us the completion of God’s plan for humanity, it reveals that His primary purpose is redemption and rescue. This rescue will not be automatic or universal, but it will be available for everyone willing to receive it. That is not to say that it will be an easy road. This talk will likely challenge everything that you have heard and been taught about end times, and you will be tempted to write it off and stay in your comfort zone. But our purpose in RevelationSays is to provide an accurate reading of Revelation. Be warned: you might have to decide whether your viewpoint will determine your reading of Revelation, or whether the reading of Revelation will be allowed to refine your viewpoint.

Will it happen by nuclear war? by a rogue meteor? by alien invasion? by some incurable pandemic? Everyone seems to think about it. Well, Jesus Himself said, “Unless the Lord had shortened those days, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect, whom He chose, He shortened the days.” Mark 13:20. Man’s trajectory is self-destruction. But that is not going to happen. Not according to what Revelation says.
